Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, and leave records, supporting payroll processing.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, feedback collection, and performance coordination.
- Ensure HR policy compliance, prepare letters, and handle day-to-day employee queries.
Must Have
- Good understanding of core HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of HR tools or HRMS systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR documentation processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR software like Odoo.
- Experience working in a startup or dynamic environment with adaptable HR practices.
- Familiarity with HR data analytics or reporting.
