Location: Dehradun, UK (Remote)
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 20k per month
Probation Period:  1 month

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, and leave records, supporting payroll processing.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, feedback collection, and performance coordination.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance, prepare letters, and handle day-to-day employee queries.

Must Have

  • Good understanding of core HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of HR tools or HRMS systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR documentation processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR software like Odoo.
  • Experience working in a startup or dynamic environment with adaptable HR practices.
  • Familiarity with HR data analytics or reporting.
