Full Stack Developer Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer Intern to join our technology team for a 3-month internship. This internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in full stack application development by working on real-world projects.
As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you will work closely with senior developers and project teams to build, enhance, and maintain web-based applications throughout the 3-month internship period. You will gain practical exposure to both backend and frontend development, learn industry best practices, and develop a strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.

● Job Location: Remote
● Probation Period: 1 Month
● Compensation Structure: ₹10,000 (Lump Sum) + Performance-Based Incentive (up to ₹10,000)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications
- Work on backend development using Python and related frameworks
- Develop and improve frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Integrate applications with databases such as PostgreSQL
- Participate in requirement analysis and understand business logic
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Understanding of full stack development concepts
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services

Knowledge of Git or version control systems is an added advantage
Nice to have
- Prior experience or academic projects in full stack web development
- Familiarity with Python-based frameworks
- Basic understanding of database design and optimization
- Exposure to RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
